Refund policy

The "Sure Look" Policy: We want you to love your tote. If your bag arrives and it’s anything less than "Grand" (e.g., it’s damaged, the print is wonky, or it’s simply the wrong item), we’ve got you covered.

The Logistics:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to let us know if there’s a bother.

  • Condition: The bag must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. If it’s covered in tea stains or grocery crumbs, we can't take it back!

  • The Process: Drop us an email at delamoclothing@gmail.com with your order number. If it’s a fault on our end, we’ll send out a fresh one—no hassle.

Change of Mind: If you’ve simply changed your mind, that’s grand too. You can return it for a refund, but you'll just need to cover the return postage costs yourself.
