Shipping policy

We aim to get your order out the door and onto your shoulder as quickly as possible. Here is how our process works:

1. Processing Time

Every order is handled with care. On average, it takes us 1-2 working days to process your order, pack it up, and get it ready for the post.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been handed over to our couriers, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days.

  • Total Estimated Wait: You can generally expect your bag to arrive within 5 working days of placing your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If you’ve opted for a tracked service, your tracking number will be included so you can follow its journey.

4. Good to Know

  • Working Days: Our "Grand" team works Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.

  • Bank Holidays: Delivery times may be slightly longer during the Bank Holidays (we’re likely off having a 99 or a cup of tea).

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your Eircode and address. We want to make sure your bag finds its way home!

The "Sure it’ll be there" Guarantee: We process in 2, we deliver in 3. Five days total and you’ll be looking grand. If it takes any longer, the seagulls have probably intercepted it—just give us a shout and we’ll get it sorted.
